Managing technical people

The book "Managing Technical People" was written by Watts S. Humphrey who has spent his 50 years as an engineer is quickly become one of my "must read" book. His 27 years experience in IBM makes the book really valuable. For now I am working as a deputy project manager in a military software project with 50 high skilled engineer. This book greaty opens my mind and helps me manage this kind of highly skilled people. I recommend you to read this book.
